We have the year-round contract where they come every 3 months for an inspection.
Eric and all the technicians, including the office staff, are great. Very knowledgeable, takes care of anything you ask, and completes the job in a timely manner.
I highly recommend them and would advise anyone to take the yearly contract.
That not only locks you in to scheduled future appointments, but they come out immediately in between visits if you have any problems.

Careful and dependable, combined with unsurpassed skill and experience in ridding our premises of rodents and other pests. We could not be happier. At least. And I would add: A tenacity to see it through to a complete resolution of a problem. Paul Lavery caught a huge, wily, mama raccoon today. It had made a nest up among the rafters of our building, tore out the insulation and left piles of feces everywhere. He had caught two "young" coons earlier (mama's babies). They were easy. They could not resist cheeseburgers.

Tom, the technician who came out, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived a little earlier than expected, took the time to explain everything in detail, and most importantly, helped calm my nerves. He inspected the area thoroughly, cleaned up the entire mess, and reassured me that while the ants had made some activity, he didn’t believe they had spread too far into the house. He also recommended I have the surrounding panels checked out, but made sure I didn’t feel panicked or overwhelmed.

As someone who was feeling completely stressed and upset, Tom’s professionalism and calm demeanor made all the difference. This is clearly a company that knows what they’re doing and truly cares about their customers. I’m so grateful I found them.
